Official Rules for “Go for Gold” Gift Card Giveaway
By participating in the “Go for Gold” Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) between July 19, 2021 to August 15, 2021 (the “Term”) promoted by Stryder, Corp. DBA “Handshake” you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to individuals who (a) legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia, excluding: residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island or any US Territory; (b) are 18 years of age or older; and (c) have a student account with Handshake (are a “Handshake User”). Winners subject to verification of eligibility. How to enter: Each week of the Term, Handshake Users will receive a “Go for Gold” email with a specified action and time to complete that action. To enter, Handshake Users must complete the action within the time given. Limit of one entry per individual per week. Winner notification and requirements: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Winners are randomly selected. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. Each gift card has a face value of either $100, $75, or $50, pending the price tier. Winners will be notified by email within 30 days of winning. Winners authorize Handshake to share the minimum data required to claim their gift card. Winners must claim the gift card from the gift card issuer, and are subject to gift card issuer terms. Additional Terms: Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable law, void where prohibited. The Giveaway is not sponsored or affiliated with the gift card issuers or any social media platform used to promote the Giveaway.
