As such, we have implemented a supervisor outreach initiative to not only increase the postings in Handshake - because we want students to see it as relevant for the duration of their time with us - but also to begin including career readiness competencies in each position posting. This also allowed us to create naming protocols for each department and unit which benefits our students as they are searching for positions."
